ALQASSIM — Al Qadsiah continued their impressive winning streak with a valuable 3-0 victory over host team Al-Kholood in the 13th round of the Saudi Pro League.
This marked their sixth consecutive win, bringing them to 28 points and narrowing the gap with the top teams. Meanwhile, Al-Kholood remained at 10 points.
Mexican striker Julian Quinones shone in the match, scoring two goals for Al Qadsiah in the 10th and 71st minutes, while Aubameyang added a third goal in the 66th minute. Al-Kholood played with 10 men after the 44th minute due to a red card issued following a review by the Video Assistant Referee (VAR).
In another match, Al Riyadh secured a crucial 1-0 win against Al-Orobah in Al-Jouf. Despite playing with 10 men after Ahmed Asiri’s red card in the 29th minute, Riyadh’s Tuzzi scored the only goal of the match in the 80th minute, taking all three points.
Al Riyadh now has 21 points, advancing further up the standings, while Al-Orobah remains on 13 points.
